Founded in 1977, Melini & Asociados is a full-service law firm primarily specializing in Intellectual Property, focused in foreign clients doing business in Guatemala.  The firm has its own building in Guatemala city, and a branch office for Europe located in France, managed by a Guatemalan lawyer residing in Paris.  Our clients are aproximately 350 corporations, of wich 80% consists of foreign companies and the other 20% of the Guatemalan companies.
